The Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw is seeking scholars who are interested in visiting and collaborating with the faculty and students enrolled for the doctoral program. We are looking for scholars who would like to engage in common research projects and are also willing to share their expertise related to the publishing process with younger scholars and members of the faculty.
The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. title from a prominent university and have a proven record of publications in the major journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, etc.
We are particularly interested in candidates whose research focuses on the following areas:

The University of Warsaw is consistently ranked as Poland’s best university, while the Faculty of Management UW is considered a leading institution in the business education and research. It is accredited by EQUIS and AMBA. Currently, it is in the process of obtaining the AACSB accreditation. Faculty of Management is located nearby Warsaw’s business district, offering easy access by public transport. Visiting scholars will have access to office space and the library system.
Thanks to the grant from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, we offer a stipend in the equivalent of up to ca. $6400 before taxes per month, however, we do not cover any other expenses. All the visits have to end by the December 2019. There is no deadline for submitting the application, but they will be evaluated on an ongoing basis thus the first entrants have higher chances of getting the stipend. There are ten scholarship positions available in total.
