Michał Zdziarski is an Americanist and holds a PhD in economics specialising in strategic and international management and sustainable development. He was a visting scholar at universities in Amsterdam, Cambridge, Nauchatel, Florence and Kathmandu. Member of the Academy of International Business, the European International Business Academy and advisor to Wicked 7. Together with Jack Kuhnl-Kinel, he is the originator and founder of the start-up Wheelstair, which was recognised in the "Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 UW" competition. For over 10 years director in Central Europe of the international organisation The Conference Board. Author of several research projects, publications, simulations, games and educational materials. His research interests focus on networking, internationalisation, sustainability strategy, decision-making under uncertainty and strategy practice in management and supervisory boards. He is a member of the Management Committee of an international research network: "Efficient Justice for All: Improving Court Efficiency through EU Benchmarking". He has been awarded fellowships from the US National Science Foundation, the Dutch scientific research organisation NWO and the European scientific cooperation programme COST.
